All competed houses are provided with a comprehensive structural warranty and prior to handover to our customers are visited by the company’s owners to ensure they are happy with them before one of EAM’s ‘homes’ is lived in.

KING STREET
EAM Developments commenced it's first solo project with the purchase of an old industrial site that was formed of old original King Street fronting house and a vehicle repair site.
