CALL TODAY:
EAM Developments is a small property development company working in Norfolk. We work in the new build residential property field delivering new homes.

We always say ‘homes' not houses. Places people want to call home and live their lives to the full in!

HOMES that we would like to live in
HOMES that are built with living in mind
HOMES that are built to the highest standards
HOMES that are built using quality materials
HOMES that are built by quality tradesmen who care
HOMES that we take pride in
HOMES that are in locations people want to live in
The company was established in 2014 with the aim of filling a niche and doing things differently. It is nationally recognised that smaller developers provide a better product than the larger National House builders. So we aim to produce a small number of homes each year that are of an excellent quality.
Not a run of the mill large house builder delivering average properties!
The company was founded in 2014 and completed it's first project in central Norwich in early 2016.

Since then, EAM have had 9 projects in total. Some smaller or larger than others, but all quality built homes.

The directors of the business are based in West Norfolk. Creating new homes in our rural county is something that they are proud to be responsible for.
One of the directors is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in property development ranging from small house building companies to large national house builders from city centre apartment schemes to rural houses all focused upon individuality and quality.

The other business director is a specialist in interior design ensuring the companies properties are design and ‘use’ driven.

The company is young and growing, and currently has 5 ongoing projects, all located in West Norfolk.
Further details of these developments can be found on this website under 'Our Developments'.
